We are collecting artefacts and souvenir bric-a-brac off famous people and putting them into an on-line auction. Every penny raised will go to the East Anglia's Children's Hospices.

I am rifling through my cupboards. Out come scripts for Not The Nine O’Clock News, a pass to a Rolling Stones party in 1998, a crazy bust of Mel Smith, a crate of good wine I have been saving but I know I am never going to drink. It’s a mixed bag. And I haven’t even started.
I am asking great writers to send the books that influenced them. Or the pen they wrote that best-seller with. Or a hat they have loved but is now out-worn.
Big stars to donate a bit of memorabilia from a cult show they were in.
Rich and successful A-Listers to send some extravagant thing they don’t really use any more.
Old scripts. New scripts. Set-lists. Costumes. Instruments. Gifts. Invitations. Cuddly toys. Posters. Drum-sets. Motorcycles. Designer clothes. Unwanted presentation gifts. Scarves. Ties. First drafts. Books. Christmas cards. Watches. Sun-glasses.
People love cult shows. Like “Game of Thrones” or “Downton” or “Harry Potter”. There will be souvenirs.
We are not offering special teas or future meetings That is for other silent auctions. We are looking for the real thing itself.
There will be the odd familiar signed book or item. But like any really good, proper auction it’s the unexpected item that is going to make this event really work.
We will run an Online Auction, that anyone can bid on, anywhere in the world, on any device.
Each regifted gift will come with a label and a quick summary of its provenance, written by the previous famous owner, which tells its story and perhaps what it meant.
We send round a box. A star fills it up. The public bid for it at the online auction.
What a unique Christmas present for a fan.
We are the A-Listers e-bay and council dump rolled into one.
EACH gets the money and the stars get more storage space.
It will happen in late November / early December. We collect through October and early November.
We're here to support families EACH and every step of the way.
Our hospices aren’t just about end of life care; they’re often very happy and fun places, where young people can live life to their full potential. They are places where families feel safe, at home and where they can spend quality time together, enabling parents to be parents not caregivers.
We care for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk and support their families. Our family centred approach includes specialist nursing care, symptom management nursing, short breaks, wellbeing activities, therapies, counselling and volunteer services in the family home; all meeting the individual needs of the child, young person and whole family.
We offer families flexibility and control over where they receive their care and support, including where their child dies; at home, in hospital or at one of three hospices at Milton (Cambridge), The Nook (Norfolk), The Treehouse (Ipswich). More than half of our care and support is delivered in the family home and community, in surroundings familiar and comfortable for the family.
